Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead local community outreach and engagement efforts.

• Oversee and manage the local budget for community initiatives.

• Work in tandem with the global team to ensure local activities align with the broader organizational objectives.

• Engage in effective communication with local volunteers and community stakeholders.

• Coordinate and execute local events that highlight and support SOMOS.tech's vision.

• Recruit and supervise local volunteer groups.

• Proven leadership experience in community-oriented roles.

• Competence in budget management.

• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.

• A strong belief in the power of technology to effect social change.

• Residency in or ability to regularly visit Seattle.
