This key volunteer role involves spearheading our local engagement efforts in Houston. Key Responsibilities:

• Budget Oversight: Manage local funds for community projects and events.

• Communication: Act as the main contact for local volunteers and community members.

• Event Management: Organize local events and workshops to further SOMOS.tech's mission.

• Volunteer Coordination: Recruit and manage local volunteers, creating a positive team dynamic.

• Proven leadership experience, preferably in a community-focused role.

• Strong skills in budgeting and financial management.

• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.

• Deep commitment to leveraging technology for social good.

• Based in or able to frequently travel to the Houston area.
