Content Marketing Specialist

Time Commitment: 1-3 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop and produce high-quality content that resonates with SOMOS.tech’s audience. This includes blog posts, newsletters, social media content, and promotional materials.

  • SEO Optimization: Ensure all content is optimized for search engines to improve visibility and reach. Research and implement relevant keywords and SEO best practices.

  • Content Calendar Management: Create and maintain a content calendar that aligns with SOMOS.tech’s marketing campaigns and events. Coordinate with other team members to ensure timely content delivery.

  • Collaboration with Design Team: Work closely with the design team to create visually appealing and cohesive content that aligns with the organization’s brand guidelines.

  • Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze the performance of content through metrics such as engagement rates, conversion rates, and traffic. Use insights to improve future content strategies.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in content creation, particularly for the tech or nonprofit sectors.

  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a team and manage multiple projects.
