Role Overview:
The Chief Community Officer at is responsible for leading and managing the organization's community engagement and outreach strategies. This role focuses on building and nurturing relationships within the tech community, especially among Hispanic and Latinx groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute community engagement strategies.

  • Foster relationships with community members, partners, and stakeholders.

  • Oversee community-oriented programs and initiatives.

  • Lead and mentor community outreach teams.

  • Represent at community events and forums.

  • Ensure community feedback is integrated into organizational strategies.


  • Proven leadership and community engagement experience.

  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

  • Deep understanding of the tech industry and community dynamics.

  • Passionate about diversity and inclusion in tech.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Time Commitment: 2-6 hours a week
