If you do not wish to be filmed, recorded, or photographed, please inform the Event staff or the Organizer. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee that you will not appear in any footage, recordings, or photographs taken at the Event.

If the Event is being held in person, you acknowledge and agree that there are risks associated with attending and participating in the Event, including but not limited to the risk of physical injury. You assume all risks associated with attending and participating in the Event, and you release the Organization from any and all liability for any injury or damage that may occur as a result of your participation in the Event.

 

Release of Liability for Online Events

If the Event is being held online, you acknowledge and agree that there are risks associated with participating in the Event, including but not limited to the risk of damage to your computer or other electronic devices. You assume all risks associated with participating in the Event, and you release the Organization from any and all liability for any damage that may occur as a result of your participation in the Event.
