Before we take a deeper look into each role there is in tech, we highlight some (NOT ALL) of the roles that help you understand where your passion may be in. There are many different roles in the technology industry, and the specific roles and responsibilities can vary depending on the organization and the specific technology focus. Some of the major different technology roles include:

The program manager is responsible for ensuring that the projects in the program are aligned with the overall goals and objectives of the organization, and that they are integrated and coordinated to achieve the desired outcomes.

 

  • Product Manager: A product manager is responsible for the overall success of a product.
